It has been several weeks since our Fine Arts Night and I have been waiting until things settled down here to write all about it. I was approached by a representative from Build a Sign to review a product from their website.  They have a variety of types of signs (metal, vinyl, etc.) and also things like bumper stickers, magnets and license plates.  I chose the 3 foot x 6 foot vinyl banner!  I thought it would be fun to make a banner for my art room and also to hang up when we have an art show at school. Student Art Show at the Mall

We had our regional art show through the Wisconsin Art Education Association this week.  The artwork was displayed all week at the local mall.  Many schools participated with art from kids in grades K-12.  It is always so fun to see what other schools are doing.  The high school artwork is always so amazing!  We had our closing reception today and many families showed up.  It was a great turnout despite the freezing rain.  One artwork from each teacher was … Read more…
