Reel 3 of 3. I went to Madison's @printandresist Zinefest and found some awesome zines and handmade foldout booklets to share with my students. I'm going to do a lesson on making your own zines with my 4th/5th grade classes. I have 3 videos to share with you of the zines I picked up. Stay tuned! They are really cool. #elementaryartteacher #elementaryart #iteachart #artteachersofinstagram #artteacherlife #artteachersofigReel #2 of 3. It was so fun! I love her snail book! The colors are even more beautiful in person. The kids had a blast creating their own characters with her. #elementaryartteacher #iteachart #artteachersofinstagramPaper weaving by 1st graders! #elementaryartteacher #elementaryart #iteachart #artteacherlife #artteachersofinstagram #artteachingNot a huge fan of Taylor Swift, but I loved this creative origami house by one of my students. I just started doing it and wow, is it so much more fun to use a sewing machine that actually works as opposed to a junky one that does not work half the time. My art is imperfect. There is no way around it. I can’t sew a straight line, I … Read more…
