This week, I went on a field trip with some 7th graders at our school. We toured a company that makes medical software for hospitals and clinics. The company has three different locations in our area. The campus we visited had about 13 different buildings. Each building has a decorative theme. There was TONS of artwork from local artists around the buildings. It was amazing! There was so much to take pictures of, that I only took pictures of my favorites. I will tell you about the tour in two blog posts.

This was a sculpture attached to a picture frame. The guy is super realistic looking and it kind of creeped me out when I looked at it up close.

Here’s part of the outside courtyard. The 13 buildings are connected by indoor walkways.

Look at the paintings on the wall.. this was a New York themed area.

Wow! How cool to have a large corporation value the arts and be willing to share it with their community. How rare. I bet the students were mightily impressed!
What a fun tour. I wish when we were in school we did more things like this. I know WI is the dairy state but farm tours and apple orchards are not the only tours school kids deserve.
Nice to find another WI blogger.
BTW – next week I am hosting a giveaway. I hope you come enter, or send friends.
Love it! What a fun field trip! A close friend of mine works at Epic and I always love hearing about all the cool things that company has for it's employees- the art is fantastic! Thanks for posting!
And I agree with DogsMom… nice to see another WI blogger!! 😉
EPIC employees a ton of people in Madison. Two of the kids we were with had parents that worked there. It was a super cool trip. I'll have to check out your blogs if you are from WI too!
